We do not have a return policy. However, we do offer exchanges.

We offer size exchanges within seven days after you have received the package. You may contact us

through social media, email, or call. In case of ordering different products, pls inform us of all the specifications like color and size. The customer must send and bear the courier charges when sending us for an exchange.

Contact us through our communication mediums and brief us on the situation.

The flat rate for shipping is free worldwide.

We don’t currently ship to the following countries and territories: 

Brunei, Eritrea, French Guiana, French Polynesia, Guadeloupe, Laos, Martinique, Mongolia, Myanmar, Reunion Island, Samoa, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, South Sudan, Tajikistan, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Yemen.

Delivery will be made within our fulfillment time average is 2–5 business days for non-apparel products and 2–7 business days for apparel products. When we calculate the estimated fulfillment time, we take into account the current order volume and our capacity.

The estimated shipping time is calculated according to our historical shipping data for deliveries to your area or selling region.

The estimated delivery time is just an estimate, it’s not a guarantee. You can receive the order past the EDT for reasons, like:

  • Issues with print/embroidery files
  • Products being out of stock
  • Shipping related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions

That being said, we’ll work our hardest to meet our delivery estimates.

We will send you an email or text with the confirmation messages, including the tracking ID.

Order cancellation will be entertained within 24 hours. Suppose an order hasn’t been dispatched. Please contact customer care on our Instagram or Facebook for the fastest response.
